Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Christianity Today apparel; if you are not completely happy, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to initiate tracking.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned garments, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
